Tarry with me here a little longer...

Will you tarry, with me here, but for a moment longer?
Share my sorrow with me just a bit more?

I see this progression called "Life" beginning again with 
Its call to action and demands....
yet, let me tarry here a bit longer, silent in the shards of
death.

I am still pierced and wounded, bleeding and raw.
Incapable of that dire duty to live.....

Will you tarry; here with me, just a little longer, until 
I am stronger, whenever that will be?
Or, alone will I be, forever in this sea...
entangled and enmeshed with these sharp shards of death.
